Black Beta Events

Chapter Brothers adopted high school seniors from the areas they are living in and helped them celebrate their graduation and achievements, most giving them gift baskets, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. (Summer 2020)

The Chapter hosted a program on wellness, meditation, and the yoga philosophy on how to use yoga to become more of service and be better for who the people you are serving. (March 2020)

During the month of February, the Chapter participated in several service projects throughout DC and on Howard University's campus. (February 2020)

The Chapter had a great Spring 2020 recruitment week entitled, "P.H.O.E.N.I.X." A series of programs and service events allowed students the opportunity to learn more about the Fraternity and Chapter. (January 2020)

For the month of November, the Chapter partnered with other Organizations on campus for Blue and Gold month. With each Organization, the Chapter did an interactive service project to help build Organization connects while providing service to the DMV area. These Organizations included Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Chapter; The National Society of Pershing Rifles Inc. Company G-8, Howard University; and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Beta Chapter. (November 2020)
